Orlando’s hotel occupancy reached 71% in 2013 and early forecasts for 2014 look strong. The opening of the new Harry Potter ‘Hogwarts Express’ ride at Diagon Alley by Universal, the new roller coaster at Magic Kingdom and the 50th Anniversary of SeaWorld Orlando are all expected to attract tourists by the plane load.
This is great news for Orlando’s hotels AND for vacation home owners who will be hoping to increase bookings this year.
